The Career Assessment Center's Corporate and Management Testing Service is a measure of a candidate's potential to succeed in specific occupational areas and incorporates over 20 years of research and development.

The assessment includes a comprehensive measurement of temperament characteristics, aptitudes and ability levels (all directly related to job specifications). The results are analyzed and validated with the candidate through a private consultation with a licensed/certified professional counselor.

A report is generated identifying the candidate's strengths and limitations, as related to job specifications. Recommendations are offered in terms of training needs and suggested areas for reference checks.

The Career Assessment Center's Corporate and Management Testing Services are offered on a scheduled basis.
